The only thing that didn’t impress me was not losing a pound. My shoulders got so much stronger from doing 10 days of level 3 – I am impressed.Īnd here is the video of Level 3 so you can understand its killer side! Especially for the upper body – most of the workout it done in a plank position.
I know that if I had just done level 3 as my first workout from this DVD I would have died! It is a real killer. Level 3 was not as hard as I thought it would be – you have plenty of time to build up your stamina before reaching it. I love it – a true sweatfest each and every time. Well I can honestly say that Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred workout is an awesome butt kicker that builds muscular and cardiovascular stamina in a very short amount of time.
